Our Faculty

The Prague Leadership Institute faculty comprises individuals from around the world whom I have personally known to be exemplars of The Human Element of Leadership in the way they each have achieved international recognition for their achievements as leaders, their commitment to the development of others, their own commitment to continuous personal development, and the way in which they conduct themselves.

The role of our faculty is to raise the level of awareness of The Human Element of Leadership—the combination of emotional, social, and contextual intelligence—as a driving force for engagement and peak performance in the 21st century. The primary activity of the faculty is to share their experiences, challenge the myths and misconceptions of 20th century leadership, and contribute to the intellectual capital of leadership by offering their insights through articles written for the institute’s newsletter each month, which can be viewed in our archive. In addition, many contribute by public speaking, and by participating in various leadership fora as their schedules allow.

It is with a great deal of pride, thanks and appreciation that I introduce them to you by way of their photographs and brief biographies below.
