Using a multi-media approach to theory and practical applications of sustainable employee engagement and motivation, this highly interactive seminar gives B minus 1 members the tools they can use immediately to drive the performance of their teams to higher levels of productivity. Each participant is led through a process in which they create specific goals and a unique method of tracking their progress.
