Káva s Peppřem

Kàva s Peppřem (Coffee with Pepper) comprises a series of video interviews of internationally recognized leaders conducted by Pepper de Callier, Founder of The Prague Leadership Institute. Each interview explores, in an informal, conversational manner, the key elements of successful leadership from the viewpoint of the interviewee. The interviews cover a wide range of topics, including: the lessons of failure, knowing yourself, ethics, how to tell a compelling story that motivates people, and the "physics" of leadership—understanding the cause and effect relationship of what one does and what those actions cause to happen with all stakeholders of an organization, among many other topics. The KsP video clips are edited in a way that capsulizes the message in brief segments.
