Now Managing Director of the Business Strategy Consultancy, Cigale Ltd., Mike is former Chairman and CEO of the Czech Brewer, Plzeňský Prazdroj, and Group Executive of its parent company, SABMiller, the world’s 2nd largest brewer.

Mike has 12 years experience at Operating Board level and has previously held senior executive positions in nuclear power, project management and business consulting, with his working career having spanned 7 countries. He is recognized as a bottom-line driven, pragmatic CEO who delivers profitable growth in challenging environments. His positive impact as a leader is well known and has been written about in numerous newspaper and industry journals.
