Renata Mrázová

Renata currently serves as CEO of ING Insurance in both the Czech and Slovak Republics. She brings to our faculty a broad range of experience which includes being a successful entrepreneur in the retail sector, having served as Chief Financial Officer of ING Insurance Czech and Slovak Republics, to being the CEO of a green-field start-up insurance company in the Czech Republic.

Renata has earned the reputation of being a well-grounded, common-sense senior executive who delivers bottom-line performance in challenging environments while maintaining very high levels of employee engagement and productivity. In recognition of her accomplishments as a leader, she has received frequent acknowledgement in the media, from interview and profile pieces to being repeatedly listed as one of the Top 25 Women in Czech Business in the Czech Republic's financial daily paper, Hospodarske noviny. Never one to accept the status-quo, Renata is also an active mentor to women executives in the Czech Republic.

Her common-sense approach to business, along with her holistic view of leadership, her dedication to the development of others, and her infectious sense of enthusiasm make her an exemplar of the Human Element of Leadership.
